Terms & Conditions

Definitions and Acceptance

Welcome to EmberGate! We are a dedicated community and company built to support gamers and YouTubers both financially and with in-game assistance. By visiting our website, creating an account, or participating in our events, you are officially agreeing to follow all the rules written on this page. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these rules, you should not use our website. We want to make sure everyone has a fair, safe, and highly enjoyable experience while playing and interacting within our community.

User Conduct and Account Rules

At this current time, we do not require a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity registration when you first sign up. However, we will need some time to implement this system, and we will eventually require it to verify your identity. Until then, and even after the system is in place, you are only allowed to create and maintain a single web account. Creating multiple web accounts under different names or emails is strictly counted as a misuse of our platform, and it is not allowed. We expect all users to behave respectfully, which means we completely prohibit any illegal activities, harassment of others, intellectual property theft, or attempts to bypass our security measures.

Tournament Rules and Prize Distribution

We host many different types of tournaments, ranging from single-player events to massive competitions for whole teams. During any of these tournaments, you do not have permission to misbehave, and you cannot abuse our staff members or other players under any circumstances. Doing so will lead to an immediate seven-day ban from our platform. We carefully record every movement and action during the tournaments, so please be patient if we need to conduct a review of the gameplay.

When it comes to winning, your prize money will be distributed directly via your web wallet. Single players who win will receive all of their prize money at once. For team tournaments, the prize money is always divided equally among all team members. It does not matter if a player did a lot of work or if they just stood in a single place during the match; every person gets an equal share. For example, if there are three players on a winning team, the prize is divided so that each player gets 33%. If there are four players, each player will receive exactly 25% of the total prize.

Minecraft Server and Anti-Cheat Policy

Fair play is incredibly important to our community. If you use hacks, modifications, or any unfair advantages to cheat in a game, your web account will be immediately frozen. Furthermore, your Minecraft account will receive a permanent ban from all of our servers. We ask that you try not to cause any violence or disruption, as we want to keep our gaming environment clean and fun for honest players.

E-Commerce and Store Specifics

We operate an online store where you can purchase various products. If you buy any product from us, we kindly ask that you take the time to read our separate Refund Policy. In that document, we mention every piece of information you need regarding pricing, payment methods, delivery expectations, warranties, and the exact process required to refund your product to us, including exactly how much of a refund you are entitled to receive.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

You do not have permission to attempt to hack this website, as this kind of malicious work is entirely beyond your limits and against the law. Occasionally, our services might experience unexpected technical disruptions, maintenance downtime, or errors. We disclaim liability for any service disruptions, meaning we are not legally or financially responsible if the website goes offline or if you lose progress due to a server error. Additionally, by using our platform, you agree to a clause of indemnification, which simply means you agree to compensate us for any harm, damages, or financial losses caused by your misuse of the website or your violation of these terms.

Account Termination Procedures

If you ever decide that you want to permanently delete your account, you must contact our support team through the “Contact Us” page to begin the process. Before your account is fully deleted, you will be asked to honestly answer a few questions about your departure. We will specifically ask: “Why are you deleting your account?” You can choose from the following options:

  1. I accidentally made a second account.
  2. I want to quit EmberGate.
  3. Other.

Before leaving, we will also kindly ask you to tell us what we can improve to make a better experience for our users, so that we can continue to improve our design and overall performance. We have the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the rules written on this page.
